On PlayStation 3, Diablo 3 was 8.6 GB if downloaded, and around about a 6GB install from disc. It's also a huge jump from last-gen install size, too. In either case, it's significantly larger than the Mac and PC client, which calls for 12GB of HDD space.
Which, wow, apparently more than doubles the size of the game.
Presumably, the extra data is localisation materials - voice acting and text - for multiple European languages. This size only applies to the European storefront in the US and Australia, the filesize is shown as 26.1 GB. At all.ĭiablo 3: Ultimate Edition certainly isn't a small game, packing in the core Diablo 3 release with the Reaper of Souls expansion, but the download size for the European PS4 version is jaw-dropping, coming in at 62.7 GB. Diablo 3: Ultimate Evil Edition is not download friendly on the European PlayStation Network.
